The Unitrans mechanical workshop is playing an increasingly important role on the Kilombero sugar estate in Tanzania. In addition to maintaining the sugarcane loading and haulage fleet, Unitrans workshop staff now provide technical support for GPS ridging and levelling, laser controlled canal excavating and other infield agricultural services.
